Building a Connection

To understand your business’s or nonprofit's needs, I need to get to know who you are and where you are looking to go. I know you are super busy, so when we schedule our consultation, I come in prepared with my questions for what you are looking for and ready to create a plan of action for our project.

Designing our Roadmap

It is critical that we both know exactly what you want and how long it is going to take, so after our meeting I will send you the scope of work and a timeline for our project. You will also know exactly how much the project will cost, so you are not surprised at the end of it. Once we have our roadmap and milestones in place, we start navigating our journey together!

Meeting up at Checkpoints

As we follow the roadmap we created, we will make plans to meet and check in to ensure that what we initially decided is where we still want to go. It is important to me that I create a product that looks like, feels like and works like what you’ve envisioned for your business/organization. Our checkpoints meetings help guide us towards our destination and allows us the flexibility to adapt if your needs change.

Destination Happiness

After our collaborative efforts of building a partnership, creating our roadmap and checking in along the way, my goal is that the end product reflects what we set out to do and that your organization’s presence in the digital space stands out better than it did before! And just in case something is not quite right, I offer an additional 3-month check in for the Website Build and Refresh packages to make any minor updates you feel are necessary!
